Section 157
Able to collect data
(1) In order to achieve its objectives and perform its functions, the Authority may collect the necessary data from itself or from the Government of Nepal or other agencies.
(2) For this purpose, the Authority may take assistance from official persons, associations, organizations inside or outside Nepal and also from international associations and organizations.
(3) The authority shall publish every month the operations, statistics and other details as specified in the insurance sector for the information of the general public.
